Before entering the insurance industry, Arash developed his analytical foundation through mechanical engineering at Wichita State University. His engineering background taught him how to break complex problems into manageable parts, examine important details, and develop practical solutions.

That same mindset now guides his approach to insurance. Rather than beginning with a standard package, Arash works to understand each client’s circumstances, identify meaningful risks, and explain the available options clearly. Arash entered the insurance profession in 2009 after earning his Life and Health license. He initially helped individuals and families navigate life insurance, long-term care, and disability protection. Later that year, he expanded his capabilities by earning his Property and Casualty license.

After several years at a captive agency, Arash recognized the value of giving clients greater choice. He founded Bayshield Insurance Services in 2013 to deliver a more flexible and personalized insurance experience across personal and commercial coverage.
